If something we did or a part we provided fails within the guarantee period, we will return and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the products we install carry their own manufacturer's warranty in addition to our guarantee. If a product fails under a manufacturer's warranty, we will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf and walk you through the process so you are never left handling it alone.

Have your original receipt, invoice, or any written confirmation of the job. This is the only documentation you will need.

2. Get in Touch With Our Team
Call or email us using the same contact details you used to book the original service. Our Service Manager handles guarantee claims directly. No separate department, no transfers, no waiting.

3. We Respond Within 1 Business Day
Our team will acknowledge your claim and arrange the next steps within one business day. Guarantee claims are treated with the same urgency as any new service call.

4. We Make It Right
We return to your home, resolve the issue at no cost to you, and make sure the fix holds up. If a manufacturer warranty is also involved, we handle that process alongside our own repair.

Very transparent service with both Brooke and Ricky providing a detailed breakdown of the plumbing fix and cost associated with it. Andrew the tech did a great job of explaining the issues (leaking pipe, and then boiler maintenance including replacing boiler feed valve, expansion tank and relief valve, and repiping the feed line, replace circulator flange) and providing quick efficient work.

I had my water filtration system updated the other day, the technician noticed I had a leak beneath my sink. After searching I settled upon the company Fix a Leak. I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly.
