What Fix-A-Leak Plumbing and Heating Guarantees

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and every part we source and supply. This applies to all services we carry out, including repairs and installations. If something we did or a part we provided fails within the guarantee period, we will return and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Manufacturer Warranties 

Many of the products we install carry their own manufacturer's warranty in addition to our guarantee. If a product fails under a manufacturer's warranty, we will work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf and walk you through the process so you are never left handling it alone.

How to Make a Guarantee Claim

1. Locate Your Proof of Service
Have your original receipt, invoice, or any written confirmation of the job. This is the only documentation you will need.

2. Get in Touch With Our Team
Call or email us using the same contact details you used to book the original service. Our Service Manager handles guarantee claims directly. No separate department, no transfers, no waiting.

3. We Respond Within 1 Business Day
Our team will acknowledge your claim and arrange the next steps within one business day. Guarantee claims are treated with the same urgency as any new service call.

4. We Make It Right
We return to your home, resolve the issue at no cost to you, and make sure the fix holds up. If a manufacturer warranty is also involved, we handle that process alongside our own repair.
